Over the past 3 years, a community of knowledge-sharers has gathered on Socratic with one goal: to provide a world-class learning resource for students everywhere. In subjects ranging from Biology to Microeconomics to English Grammar, students have discovered answers and explanations to their hardest academic questions. Today, we’re thrilled to announce that Socratic has helped over 10 million students around the world!

So just how many is 10 million students? That’s enough school children to fill 138,889 school buses. That’s enough undergraduates to attend Oxford University 455 times over. That’s enough graduate students to fill University of Michigan’s football stadium 90 times. Harnessing the power of the internet, every Socratic answer helps not only the student who asked the question, but every student who will see it in the future.

To the contributors who made this milestone possible: you’re an inspiration. Here’s to the next 10 million students!
